Roketa Limited Warranty

NATIONAL WHOLESALE TOOLS WARRANTS ROKETA PRODUCTS FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, WHEN USED AS INTENDED AND UNDER NORMAL SERVICE AND CONDITIONS.
 
Warranty on Vehicles:

National Wholesale Tools warrants our products at conditions as: Thirty (30) days Warranty on all parts except for tires, batteries, brakes, blades, belt, and body parts. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. We will furnish a replacement part or accessory for any defective or malfunctioning part or accessory purchased. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred for any replacement part covered under warranty. If we need the defective part returned, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

This warranty covers only replacement parts made necessary due to defects in material or workmanship, under the applicable warranty only for the warranty period, but fulfilling the following standards. It does not cover conditions resulting from negligence or any alteration which do not have written approvals signed by National Wholesale Tools, loss of time, inconvenience, and loss of use of the vehicle or any other consequential damage.

Replacement parts qualifying under this warranty should be performed by authorized technicians within a reasonable time following delivery of the defective or malfunctioning part or accessory. If you perform the repair, you assume the responsibility.

Any damages that occur due to misuse or improper care of the vehicle including but not limited to exceeding the weight limit, shipping damages, accidents, or gross misuse of normal intended operations are not covered under the warranty. Misuse specifically includes failure to properly maintain oil levels, grease points, and drive line shaft.  It also includes shifting the transmission between forward and reverse while not at a complete stop.

Extended Warranty:

An extended limited warranty is available for an additional charge. This warranty must be purchased at time of vehicle purchase. Extended warranties cannot be purchased at a later date. 

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:

Replacement required as a result of: 1) out of warranty period, 2) accident, 3) misuse or neglect, 4) lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, 5) use of replacement parts improperly installed or of unauthorized accessories or not conforming to manufacturers specifications, 6) transmission failure, 7) engine damaged due to transmission failure, 8) modifications not recommended or approved in writing by National Wholesale Tools, 9) normal wear and deterioration occasioned by the use of the products and spare parts, h) Model number, VIN number, or Engine number are not in conformity with manufacturers records, 10) abnormal usage like racing or any kinds of speed compete game etc., 11) special discount bikes (noted on purchasing invoice), 12) package broken, parts missing, rusty, broken, and damage due to improper storage or transport 13) damages caused by non-authorized maintenance points, and/or 14) force majored, such as hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, war etc.

VEHICLE PREP REQUIREMENTS:

Roketa products require some prep before use. Failure to have the product professionally prepped may void your warranty. Roketa offers no technical support and our technical support is limited. If you decide to perform the prep yourself, you assume liability with any prep issues you may incur. Our low prices do not include prep charges. Those charges are your responsibility. Acceptable persons to perform the prep would be any certified motorcycle or scooter mechanic.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Please inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt. Have the driver make a note on the delivery receipt as to what damage is found. Then accept the delivery and contact us for replacement parts. We may request digital photos of the damage. Damage that is found after the driver leaves may not be covered under our shipping damage policies. Do NOT refuse the delivery for any reason. Any damaged parts are easily replaced.

National Wholesale Tools will pay shipping charges for any parts damaged in shipping for the first shipment. Any damaged parts found later will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

All sales are final and returns are not allowed for any reason. Any return that arrives will be assessed a 45% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are also deducted.

NATIONAL WHOLESALE TOOLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES IN MATERIALS OR DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. 

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE INTERPRETED TO RENDER NATIONAL WHOLESALE TOOLS LIABLE OF ANY KIND, DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR CONTINGENT TO PROPERTY. FURTHERMORE, NATIONAL WHOLESALE TOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO LOSS OF CROP, ANY EXPENSE OR LOSS OF LABOR, SUPPLIES, AND RENTAL MACHINERY OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO THIS SALE; AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS SALE.
