Scooter Products Extended Warranty Details

Warranty Details:

All scooter products come with a standard 30 day manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified at no additional charge. All other products products listed on this website are not addressed here.

An extended warranty is available for an extra charge (must be purchased at time of scooter purchase). Extended warranties apply to parts only and do not cover labor or shipping costs to the customer.  Warranty only covers defective parts that are used under normal conditions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, rentals, or damage or loss caused by improper assembly, use, shipping or storage. It is not transferable.

For replacement parts, please consult with a local technician to determine which replacement parts are needed.  Due to the limitation of diagnosing problems over the phone, we will not provide any technical support to customers via telephone.  Please contact customer service at custserv@nationalwholesaletools.com with the replacement parts request.  We may request digital photos. An extended warranty will only cover defects, it will not apply to shipping damages or misuse of merchandise.  Proof of defect may be required for some parts.  Return of the defective item may be required for some parts.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including shipping charges incurred for replacement parts.

We highly recommend that you have a qualified technician determine what parts may be defective. We will only cover one shipment of parts per warranty issue. If additional parts are needed after the original replacement parts have been shipped, the extended warranty will not cover it.

  • The extended warranty is for parts only.
  • We may request that defective parts be diagnosed by a trained technician and/or we may request that the defective part(s) be returned to us for inspection before we ship replacement part(s).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges for replacement parts.
  • The extended warranty starts the day the item is delivered.
